1. Eligibility for Return:
We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”. Include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and a brief description of the issue.
3. Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- We do not accept returns for reasons of change of mind or personal preference.
- Products returned without prior communication and approval will not be accepted.
4. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (or verify the issue via photos), we will process your refund. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or special-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Products returned after the 3-day notification period
